Our note
This is a show, not a workshop, so the children sit and watch for the whole thing. Every published discount is written either for adults or for individual youth tickets, so ask the group coordinator how a class of children is counted before you set your budget.

What the children do

A block booking for a group at one of the five mainstage plays. Groups of 10 or more adults get 15 percent off, and one free ticket comes with 20 or more tickets. Anyone 18 and under gets 50 percent off premium and standard seats, and post-secondary students get 40 percent off with student ID. The 2026 group rates start at $49 per person for theatre only in standard seating, rising to $61 per person for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and The Wickhams. Those are starting prices for adults and include GST and fees. Matinees are at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. A buffet lunch, brunch or dinner in the Playbill Dining Room can be added for an extra charge.

Sit in the auditorium and watch a professional play. There is an intermission part way through when they can get out of their seats and into the lobby.

Good to know

Coach parking is a few blocks away on Croft St, and inside there is a lift and reserved accessible seating. Whether there is anywhere to eat a packed lunch is not stated, and neither is anything about the toilets, so both are worth a call.

Sources disagree. Two of their pages give a different booking fee on each ticket. One says $3.00 and the other says $3.15. It is small money, but multiply it by a class and ask the box office which figure they are charging.
