What it actually looks like

Our note
Twenty is the floor for a community group, which is a lot for a small daycare. It is also a late finish and a dark drive down the mountain in midwinter, so think about pickup times before you commit.
What the children do
A $29.95 a person late afternoon session for youth organisations, schools and non profit groups, taking in a beginner lesson, gear rental and a lift ticket. It runs Thursday to Saturday from 4pm to 6pm or 5pm to 6pm. The minimum size for community and youth groups is 20. The offer is limited to beginner lessons, though lift ticket and rental only options are also available.
Take a beginner skiing or snowboarding lesson in the late afternoon, in rented gear, on the learning terrain.
Good to know
Washrooms are on site and there are cafes and a cafeteria, but nothing is published about a room a class can eat a packed lunch in, or about where a bus parks. Ask about both, and note that vehicles need good winter tires and chains on the parkway.
Sources disagree. Their contact page gives two different notice periods for booking a lesson. One line says 48 hours ahead, another says 24 hours through the call centre with a cut off at noon the day before. Book as early as you can and get the date confirmed.
