Our note

Nothing is scheduled and nothing is published, so this is a phone call rather than a booking. Ask the Ticket Centre whether a school show is coming this season and what a class pays. The student prices you can see on the site are for the public evening shows, not for a class booking.

What the children do

The Port Theatre Society says its Spotlight Series includes school shows for young audiences, and the events listing carries a School Shows series you can filter by. As of the start of September 2026 that filter returns no events and the school shows section of the season page is empty. Nothing is published about price, ages, dates, group size or how a class books.

Good to know

Washrooms on every floor, an elevator and over 28 accessible seats. Parking is paid city street parking, and bus parking, drop off and lunch space are not covered anywhere on the site.

Your child will need a ticket and their own seat. Infants under the age of 24 months may sit on the lap of an accompanying adult during family events and certain community performances. The Port Theatre strives to be a scent-free environment. We only allow bottled water in the auditorium. There are no refunds or ticket exchanges. All sales are final
