Planning is $150 for the first hour and $50 an hour after that. Every educational tour or workshop booked through a regional partner is paid for on top.
Fieldy handles all communication and booking for you.

Our note
This is a planning service rather than an outing. You pay West Coast NEST for the hours it spends building your itinerary, then pay each partner separately for the tours and workshops themselves. It earns its keep if you want several stops around Tofino and Ucluelet in one trip and would rather not chase a dozen organisations yourself.
What the children do
West Coast NEST's Education Coordinator works with a group to build a learning trip in the Clayoquot Biosphere Reserve region. The service covers the itinerary, coordinating the educational programs and learning spaces, suggestions for travel and accommodation, a welcome and community orientation on arrival, and one point of contact before and during the stay. The programs themselves are run by regional partners on topics such as Indigenous culture, nature, sustainability, science, language, history, outdoor education and art, and each one booked costs extra on top of the planning charge. To start, you email the Director of Education for a booking form.
Good to know
The planning charge and the email to start are published, and the office is on Main Street in Tofino. Ages, group size, how much notice is needed, washrooms and somewhere to eat are all unstated, because the visit itself happens at partner sites. Worth settling all of that on the first call.
